Consolid is a service organisation with 8 offices in the Netherlands, which has specialised in the secondment of transport drivers and bus drivers since 1990. In the Netherlands, hundreds of new drivers are trained up by Consolid each year and subsequently seconded on a long-term basis to one of the many companies that operate in the private and public transport sectors.

For its clients, Consolid is often the leading supplier of temporary drivers as well as an essential source of new workforce members. Many drivers have started their career following an initial period in which they were employed via Consolid.

Consolid is the market leader in its activities within the public transport sector and can count all of the transport companies amongst its clientele. Consolid ranks amongst the top 5 companies in the transport sector and is experiencing strong growth. In the Netherlands, it is common for companies to hire in 5-15% of their work force on a flexible basis from companies such as Consolid.

Consolid occupies 19th place on the list of companies that deploy temporary staff in the Netherlands, is a member of the ABU (Dutch association of temporary work agencies) trade association and is certified by the SNA (Dutch Foundation for the Regulation of Employment).
